Ritter Public Library is accepting applications for a vacancy on the Board of Trustees. The vacancy will fill a term that expires on December 31, 2030. The stipulated term length is five years, without compensation.

Candidates must reside in the service area of Ritter Public Library. Trustees are expected to attend regular Board meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 pm, and other special meetings as called. Trustees will also serve on at least two Board committees and attend committee meetings.
