Room with a variety of tech equipment and tools

What is it?

The Makerspace is an area filled with equipment and technology, designed to inspire creativity and empower library users to learn valuable skills.

Consumable supplies such as sublimation paper,  printable vinyl, and 3D filament will be provided for a nominal cost-recovery fee.

  • 1.25" & 2.25" Button Makers

Maker Classes

Learn how to use the equipment through beginner projects. Classes are available on the Ritter Public Library events calendar. More classes will be announced soon for this summer!

Open Studio Sessions

We open up the space for use on a first-come, first served basis. Library staff will be present for supervision & limited assistance. Open Studio sessions are posted on the Ritter Public Library events calendar. Registration is recommended, but not required.

Tuesday 5-8PM
Friday 10AM-1PM
Saturday 2-5PM

Independent Use

Complete orientation to receive basic training on Makerspace use, then you can reserve the room for independent use any time the room is available. Call 440-967-3798 x6413 to schedule an orientation session.
